Watkins Regional Park near Six Flags America is the home of the Chesapeake Carousel, which is believed to have been constructed by Gustav Dentzel at the turn of the century. It is currently not operational due to restoration work, so call before visiting. They also offer rides on their new-for-2018 miniature train, Chance train # 399.

National Harbor outside Washington, DC, is home to the Capital Wheel and a carousel. The Capital Wheel will take you 180 feet above the Potomac River waterfront, with views of National Cathedral, Washington Monument, Masonic Temple, City of Alexandria, Prince George’s County, and the lush parklands throughout the DC-Maryland-Virginia region.

Go-Karts Plus, a small regional park about 20 minutes west of Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA, is home to the Python Kiddie Coaster.
